One Month
One month ago Zephyr had his "incident" . Zephyr has long been back to his usual strange self, but the Door Opener has this wicked-cool scar on her wrist to remember it by. Look! You can see where each and every one of Zephyr's sharp little fangs went into her tender arm. I'm not saying it was the RIGHT thing to do, and I'd certainly never do it, but I bet it felt REALLY GOOD. I used to bite a lot when I was a kitten, and even though I'm more civilized now and never ever use my teeth on the fleshies, I still remember it fondly. Besides - the girl looks TOUGH with that scar so she shouldn't be complaining.

Holy Moly! What an awesome bite. Dis she need antiboitics? You usually do with catbites.
Wow, Zephyr really left his mark on her! Maybe he was trying to brand her so other people would know she was his. It's just a theory though...
The brand theory is a nice thought, but Zephyr was temporarily insane/scared-to-death. Not his usual relaxed self, to say the least.
We now know to recommend a speedy visit to a doctor for anyone who's been bitten by a feline. The infection can be deadly. Even the cutest little kitten harbours dangerous bacteria in her pink little mouth. Cool!
that's one wicked lookin' bite
Oh gosh...we're sure Zephyr feels really bad about that. But it was an accident after all, so he must be completely exonerated and his record wiped clean!
None of us are the types to hold grudges; well, I have a couple. But Zephyr was immediately forgiven. Despite the damage he inflicted, the peeps were mostly just happy he was ultimately safe and able to calm down.
